Yes, all your data including your hosting setup, emails, database, website and statistics are safe with us until your hosting account is not terminated. Once your hosting account is terminated, you'll loose all your data.

You can regain control to your hosting account by clearing your dues with us.

We allow for 60 days period to regain hosting account. If you fails to clear your dues in this period, we'll proceed to terminate your account from our hosting server.
